Restaurant critique, The Globe & Mail
Alexandra Gill is the Western Restaurant Critic for the Globe and Mail, Canada’s largest national newspaper. She has written for the Globe for nearly 18 years, originally as a staff reporter in Toronto and later as the Western Arts Correspondent. She is the West Coast editor of the online publication Vv Magazine, a screenwriter, and a judge for numerous restaurant competitions including Canada’s 100 Best. She has written for Vancouver Magazine, B.C. Business and enRoute, amongst others. Her feature writing has been nominated for the National Newspaper Awards and the Western Magazine Awards.
